What we build

Residential remodeling and construction across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Kitchen remodels

A kitchen remodel touches nearly every trade in the house — framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tile, and finish carpentry. We plan the sequence up front so the trades arrive in the right order and the work keeps moving.

We walk the space with you, agree on the scope and the finish selections in writing, and give you a schedule before demolition starts. Changes are handled as written change orders so the price never moves without your signature.

What it covers

  • Layout and cabinet planning
  • Cabinetry installation and refacing
  • Countertop and backsplash installation
  • Plumbing and electrical rough-in coordination
  • Flooring, tile, and finish carpentry
  • Paint and final punch list

Bathroom remodels

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot going on behind the walls. The parts that matter most — waterproofing, slope, and drainage — are the parts you never see once the tile goes in, so we do not rush them.

We confirm fixture and tile selections before demolition so the project does not stall waiting on materials, and we protect the surrounding floors and hallways for the duration of the work.

What it covers

  • Shower and tub replacement
  • Tile, waterproofing, and pan work
  • Vanity, fixture, and lighting installation
  • Ventilation and electrical updates
  • Accessibility modifications

Whole-home renovation

A whole-home renovation is a scheduling problem as much as a construction problem. We phase the work so the trades do not collide, and so you know which parts of the house are usable in which weeks.

You get one point of contact for the entire project rather than coordinating separate trades yourself.

What it covers

  • Phased scheduling across rooms
  • Structural and layout changes
  • Kitchen and bathroom scopes
  • Flooring, trim, and paint throughout
  • Single point of contact for all trades

Additions

Additions add square footage under permit, which means the plans, the foundation, and the framing all have to clear inspection before the finish work begins.

We handle the permitting and inspection sequence and tie the new structure into the existing roofline, siding, and interior finishes so it reads as part of the original house.

What it covers

  • Permit drawings and submittal
  • Foundation and framing
  • Roof tie-in and exterior matching
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing extension
  • Interior finish-out

Flooring

Flooring failures usually trace back to the subfloor or to moisture, not the flooring itself. We check the substrate and flatness before ordering material.

We handle removal and disposal of the existing floor, transitions between rooms, and trim and baseboard reinstallation.

What it covers

  • Hardwood and engineered wood
  • Tile and stone
  • Luxury vinyl plank
  • Subfloor repair and leveling
  • Trim, transitions, and baseboards

Painting

Most of a paint job is preparation — patching, caulking, sanding, and masking. That is where the finish quality comes from.

We protect floors and furnishings, prime bare and repaired surfaces, and walk the work with you before we pull the masking.

What it covers

  • Interior walls, ceilings, and trim
  • Exterior siding, trim, and doors
  • Drywall patching and texture matching
  • Caulking and surface prep
  • Cabinet and millwork finishing

Carpentry

Carpentry covers both the structural work behind the walls and the finish work you see every day.

We scribe and fit to the house as it actually is, which in older homes rarely matches the plans.

What it covers

  • Trim, crown, and baseboard
  • Built-ins and shelving
  • Interior and exterior doors
  • Stair and railing work
  • Framing repair and modification
