We record your consent, the date and time it was given, and the exact version of the wording shown to you at that moment, so that we can demonstrate how and when consent was obtained.

We collect only what you give us through our contact form, by phone, or by email:

• The address of the property where work would be performed
• The type of project, your estimated timeframe, and any details you write in the message field
• Whether you consented to receive text messages, together with the date, time, and the consent wording shown

We do not use cookies for advertising, and this site does not run analytics or third-party tracking scripts.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule a consultation
• To prepare and discuss estimates and scopes of work
• To send you project and appointment updates by text message, if and only if you consented
• To keep records of the consent you gave, as required by mobile carrier and industry rules

How we share information

How long we keep information

We keep consultation requests and project records for three years after our last contact with you, or longer where a contract, warranty, or law requires it. SMS consent records are retained for at least three years after you opt out, because we may need to show that consent existed at the time messages were sent.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS at any time.
• Ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the record.
• Decline SMS consent entirely — it is optional and does not affect our willingness to work with you.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a company-controlled inbox. Access to lead and consent records is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes to the text messaging program will be reflected here and in the consent language on our form.
